Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed with forfeiture of any balances.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your ct666 account. ct666 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

11.3 The ct666 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of ct666. You may not use ct666 trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation from ct666.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ct666 Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical malfunction.
12.2 ct666's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their ct666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 ct666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis or that it will be free from technical errors. ct666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and resolve technical issues promptly.
12.4 ct666 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues experienced by players, including slow connections, packet loss, or connection drops during live gaming sessions, which may affect the player's ability to participate in real-time games.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ct666's international gaming licence is issued.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ct666, you agree to first contact ct666 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ct666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve all genuine player disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ct666's internal process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by ct666's international gaming licence authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of the substantive dispute.
14.1 ct666 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — ct666 will provide notice to registered players via the mobile number or contact method associated with their ct666 account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
